Can I hire one person or the whole team?

Your call. We usually start with one or two people in a specific role and grow the scope once results show. All four of us is the option for end-to-end projects.

How are you different from a large outsourcing firm?

Scale and accountability. There are four of us, so there is no rotation, no junior bench and no PM between you and the code. Each of us signs the work with our own name.

How do we settle the engagement?

Daily rate or a monthly retainer for an agreed scope — no hidden costs. For longer engagements we agree on an SLA and response windows.
